This game features two struggling teams in the West.
The Pelicans are struggling, going just 2-5 in the last 7 games, while Sacramento has on 3 of 4.
The Kings won the first game of this season series 102-94.
New Orleans Pelicans
The Pelicans continue to struggle through the season, but Anthony Davis continues to play like the best big man in the league.

He was unstoppable against Karl Anthony Townes and the Timberwolves Friday night, scoring 42 points, and pulling down 11 boards.
Davis has been dominant during the last 8 games, but it hasn’t translated to wins for New Orleans. He is averaging 27 points and 14 rebounds during that span. I expect Davis to continue to put up huge number against Boogie Cousins and the Kings front line.
Look for Davis to get 30 points, grab 15 rebounds and get 4 blocks.
Even though Jrue Holiday has been dishing the ball effectively, he almost had a bad triple double against the Timberwolves. He scored 25 points and had 12 assists, but also turned the ball over 9 times. He won’t have the luxury of committing that many turnovers and not paying for it against the Kings.
Holiday should put up respectable numbers, but it would be surprising to see him keep up his scoring pace.

Rookie sharpshooter Buddy Hield had a great game against Minnesota, scoring 17 points and getting 4 rebounds. He has also been shooting well from behind the arc, going 7-15 from 3.
He won’t have to worry about strong perimeter defense against Sacramento and should put up big numbers in this one.
Sacramento Kings
The Kings are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Do they keep Demarcus Cousins and deal with the disgruntled center’s outbursts and suspensions?
Or do they trade him and try to get as many assets as possible. I’m of the camp that you can’t trade a superstar of his level without a significant return.
After returning from an automatic one game suspension Cousins had an up and down game against Dwight Howard and the Hawks. He scored 22 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, but shot just 6-17 from the floor.
Expect Cousins and Davis to have an excellent matchup as Cousins should put up 28 points and 14 rebounds in this contest.
Darren Collinson has put up great numbers in the last 5 games, scoring 14 or more in each game. He schooled Dennis Schroeder and finished the game with 22 points and 4 assists. He will have a great matchup against former UCLA alum Jrue Holliday.
Expect 18 points and 6 assists from the veteran point guard.

Ben McLemore hasn’t lived up to the hype he had coming out of college, but he has put up strong numbers for the Kings recently. He scored 22 points, had 9 rebounds, dished out 3 assists and had 4 steals against the Hawks.
Another good game should be in store for the former Kansas Jayhawk.
