NASCAR Sprint Cup – Toyota Save Mart 350 Preview and Prediction
Race: Toyota-Save Mart 350 at Sonoma Raceway
Date: Sunday, June 26
Time: 3 p.m. (ET)
Broadcast: FOX Sports 1
Their last time out the boys of NASCAR were in Michigan for the Firekeepers Casino 400 and Joey Logano was able to add his name to the list of point race winners this year.
Rookie Chase Elliott almost knotted his first career win at this level in second place and Kyle Larson took third as my top longshot to win at +2000 betting odds.
The following is a look at my top favorite, contender and longshot to win this Sunday’s race at Sonoma based on betting Odds provided by MyBookie.
NASCAR Toyota Save Mart 350 Odds: The Favorite (odds of less than 10/1)
It is not all that often that Kurt Busch is opened as the favorite to win, but on the road course at Sonoma his odds to take the checkered flag stand at +500.
Driving the No. 41 Chevrolet, he does come in hot after starting the month of June with a victory at Pocono.

This team has raced well all season long to climb to second in the current Sprint Cup standings with a total of 496 points.
The main reason that Busch is the top favorite is a very impressive record at Sonoma the past few seasons highlighted by a victory here in 2011 and a second-place finish in last year’s event.
NASCAR Toyota Save Mart 350 Odds: The Contender (odds from 10/1 to 19/1)
As much value as Kurt Busch brings to the table this week, his younger brother Kyle Busch could be an even better pick at +1000 odds to win.
The defending 2015 Sprint Cup Champ has been tearing things up though the first 15 point race events this year with three victories and six additional runs in the Top 5. What really adds the value to these odds is a victory at Sonoma in last year’s race.
This win started an amazing stretch that ended with Busch taking the checkered flag in four of five events.

Kyle has not always raced well at Sonoma with an average finishing position of 19.1, but also won here in 2008.
NASCAR Toyota Save Mart 350 Odds: The Longshot (odds 20/1 or greater)
Picking a longshot in a unique Sprint Cup event like Sonoma can be a tall task, but TopBet made things easy with Clint Bowyer’s +4000 odds to win.
This is his 11th season driving in the Sprint Cup series and while his best days are most likely behind him with just two Top 10 finishes this year, Bowyer does have a pretty impressive resume on this road course.
Adding in last season’s third-place run, his averaging finishing position in 10 previous Sprint Cup events here is 8.6.
