Nevada is favored by nine points in a game that isn’t expected to be a crazy scoring one (O/U 51).

The Weber State Wildcats beat the Cal Poly Mustangs 41-24 on Saturday. After trailing by seven at the half the Wildcats outscored the Mustangs 28-10 in the second half. Jake Constantine had 137 passing yards and a touchdown in the win.
The key to the Wildcats win was their great rushing attack. Josh Davis led the way with 129 yards and two touchdowns. Kevin Smith went for 114 yards while Kris Jackson added two touchdowns. As a team the Wildcats rushed for 275 yards on 6.4 yards per attempt.
Devon Cooley led Weber State with 52 receiving yards and Rashid Shaheed added 49 yards and a touchdown reception.
On defense the Wildcats forced two fumbles. The Wildcats controlled the time of possession as they had the ball for just over 35 minutes. Weber State out-gained Cal Poly 457-346 in total yards.

Nevada struggled mightily on both ends of the ball. The Wolfpack allowed 623 total yards while committing four turnovers on offense.
Carson Strong had a game to forget under center as he had 89 passing yards and two touchdowns. Nevada did a poor job in protecting Strong as they allowed him to get sacked five times.
Strong was coming off a debut in which he had 295 passing yards and three touchdowns in a win against Purdue.
Jaxson Kincaide led the rush attack with 52 yards on 13 carries but he also fumbled. Kelton Moore went for 36 yards on nine attempts. Moore also had a 23-yard catch in the loss.
The Wolfpack had issues containing Justin Herbert who had 310 passing yards and five touchdowns for Oregon.
Nevada allowed Oregon to score on eight straight drives.
Their only offense in the loss was two field goals by Brandon Talton.

Free Week 3 NCAA Football Pick
This should be a close game as the Wildcats run game will keep them in it. However I expect Strong to have a big game after struggling against the Ducks.
4* Free NCAA Betting Pick: Nevada -9
Look for the Wolfpack to barely cover the spread as they will get a few stops down the stretch of the game.
