The Longhorns look to pull off one of the biggest upsets of the season when they take on TCU and their fast paced, quick striking offense.
Drama filled the Horned Frogs game last week as they caught a deflected pass in the back of the endzone on 4th down to secure a win over Texas Tech.

The Longhorns summed up the first part of their season with a botched punt that led to their loss against Oklahoma State.
Texas
The Texas Longhorns season continues to be an absolute mess. They actually looked like they were going to put together a solid performance against the #24 Oklahoma State Cowboys, but like they’ve done all season, they shot themselves in the foot.
The Longhorns fumbled a punt which eventually led to the Cowboys grabbing a late field goal to secure the win over Texas.
Now, when you hear fumbled punt, you’d think it was on the receiving end of things. With Texas thus far, you never expect the expected.

Punter Michael Dickson dropped the snap on a punt at the Longhorns own 10 yard line, then proceeded to punt the ball off the side of his foot.
The offense for the Longhorns remain a giant question. QB Jerrod Heard finished just 9 of 17 or 119 yards and threw an interception.
Heard is killing teams with his feet though. He’s rushed for 295 yards and 3 scores on the year. Also running wild with him has been Longhorns running back Johnathan Gray who has 3 touchdowns and 149 yards.
TCU
The Horned Frogs haven’t really lived up to the expectations this year, but they have just been simply finding ways to win.
That held extremely true to form last week as they nearly were upset by the Red Raiders in Texas Tech. Trailing with just a minute to go, the Horned Frogs faced a 4th and goal. Trevone Boykin whipped a pass into the endzone that was tipped, but caught in the back of the endzone by Aaron Green.

WR Aaron Green finished with 162 yards and a pair of touchdowns on 28 carries in the contest. Also playing stellar was WR Josh Doctson who had 18 receptions for 267 yards and three touchdowns.
The Horned Frogs offense has lived up to the expectations as they are averaging a ridiculous 637 yards per game, which is 2nd overall in the nation.
QB Trevone Boykin looks to follow up his impressive performance that saw him throw for 485 yards and 4 touchdowns last week.

Free Week 5 NCAA Football Prediction
TCU should be able to do pretty much whatever they want here on Saturday. The Longhorns secondary is well below average and Boykin should be able to pick them apart. However, it is up to the defense of the Horned Frogs to see whether or not they can put this game away early or not.
4* Free NCAA Betting Pick: TCU ATS
Even with a struggling defense, TCU is just too good offensively. They should route the Longhorns in this spot on Saturday.
