The Wyoming Cowboys will play host to the Idaho Vandals in a Saturday matchup at War Memorial Stadium. The Cowboys are heavy favorites (-25) in a contest in a game that the Vandals are expected to struggle to move the ball.
Idaho is led by the rushing duo of Roshaun Johnson and Aundre Carter. The Cowboys are led by signal-caller Sean Chambers who is a dual-threat. Chambers has 195 passing yards and 170 rushing yards this season.

The Idaho Vandals beat the Central Washington Wildcats 41-31 on Saturday. Mason Petrino led the Vandals with 209 passing yards and two touchdowns.
The Vandals ground attack was sensational as they had 280 yards and three touchdowns as a team. Aundre Carter led the way with 123 yards and two touchdowns, and Roshaun Johnson added 111 yards and a touchdown.
Jeff Cotton had an unbelievable game with 145 receiving yards and two touchdowns on 16 receptions. The Vandals defense had issues stopping the Wildcats most of the night as they went for 245 passing yards and four pass touchdowns as a team.

Idaho destroyed the Wildcats in time of possession as they had the ball for 40 minutes.
Wyoming Cowboys
The Wyoming Cowboys took care of the Texas State Bobcats 23-14 in Saturday night’s contest. Texas State held a 14-3 lead before the Cowboys scored the game’s final 20 points.
Wyoming signal-caller Sean Chambers struggled going for 103 passing yards and an interception. Chambers did have 50 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown.
Trey Smith led the team with 54 yards but it took him 16 carries.
The Cowboys defense struggled to contain Gresch Jensen who had 394 passing yards. The good news is that they forced him to throw two interceptions and forced him to fumble. It was simply the difference in the contest as the Cowboys only had one turnover.
Braden Smith had a big game with five tackles and an interception. It’s strange that the Cowboys didn’t have a single 100-yard rusher after having multiple guys reach that mark in five of their last six.

Free Week 3 NCAA Football Pick
As sharp as Wyoming has looked through the first two games this is too many points. I expect the Cowboys to come out on top as Chambers will play well.
4* Free NCAA Betting Pick: Idaho +25
Look for the rushing attack of Carter and Johnson to play well for Idaho. The Vandals certainly won’t win but they will cover the huge spread as underdogs. They should keep this game close enough.
