The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets are going Between the Hedges to close out the season against in-state rival Georgia Bulldogs this week.
Both teams are coming into this one on win streaks and hope to continue the momentum going into bowl season.
The Yellow Jackets have won four of their last five games and two straight after a slow start to the season. Last week, they handled Virginia at home, winning 31-17.

The Bulldogs have been up and down this year, but mostly down by their standards and the expectations coming into the year.
However they have won three straight coming into this one, including a 35-21 win over Louisiana-Lafayette last week.
Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets
The Yellow Jackets seemed to have split the season into thirds; they won three straight to start the year, then lost three straight, and now they come into this one winning four of five.
Their only loss in those last five was to the ACC Coastal leaders, North Carolina.

As is usually the case, it’s all about the run game for Georgia Tech in 2016. They rank 9th in the country in rushing with 260.3 yards on the ground per game.
They are 74th in scoring offense with 27.8 points a contest while holding their opponents to just 24.8, ranking 47th in FBS.
Georgia Bulldogs
The Georgia Bulldogs are not the same team as they were under Mark Richt, and so far, that doesn’t look like a good thing.
They have not completely fallen off the map under new coach Kirby Smart, but this is not where they hoped to be at the end of the season.
Georgia had moved up as high as 9th in the AP rankings early in the year but are now outside the top 25 and ranked 3rd in the SEC East behind #15 Florida and #17 Tennessee.

The Bulldogs have been solid on offense with freshman quarterback Jacob Eason and star running backs Nick Chub and Sony Michelle.
They average of 380.6 yards a game with 179.5 of those on the ground.
They have been solid on defense as well, but their weakness on that side is stopping the run.

Free Week 13 NCAA Football Prediction
With a healthy Nick Chubb and Jacob Eason becoming more experienced each week, the Bulldogs seem to have gotten on track lately. They have a strong defense and should be able to finish the regular season strong at home.
4* Free NCAA Betting Pick: Georgia -4.5
The Yellow Jackets have also improved lately, but they were blown out by North Carolina three weeks ago– a team that the Bulldogs defeated earlier in the year.
This one will be competitive, but UGA should come out on top.
