The 2016 edition of the I-75 battle between the Bowling Green Falcons and the Toledo Rockets will be played this weekend at the Glass Bowl in Toledo Ohio.
Toledo has been on a hot streak in the Conference matchup and will be looking for their seventh consecutive win in the series.
The Falcons still hold a lead in the series and will need a huge game from their defense this week if they look to break their losing streak to Toledo.

Bowling Green has had more than a fair share of struggles when it comes to getting anything accomplished in the first half this season and will need to get things off to a quick start.
Toledo Rockets
The Toledo Rockets made the trip to Ypsilanti Michigan last week to take on the Eastern Michigan Eagles and had no problem cruising to a 35-20 win.
Quarterback Logan Woodside had another great game, completing 80 percent of his passes for a total of 247 yards and 4 touchdown strikes. That his his season total at 20 touchdown passes compared to only 3 interceptions.
The Rockets also received a great performance from running back Kareem Hunt who racked up a touchdown and 141 rushing yards on 29 carries.

The Rockets will bring in an average of 570 yards per game into the contest, 350.6 of which have come through the air. All that has led to an average 43.2 points per game.
The defense has done more than enough to carry their side of the load, only allowing a total of 331 yards per game which has translated to an average of 21 points for opposing offenses.
Bowling Green Falcons
Bowling Green got off to another horrible start last week against Ohio and went into the locker room at halftime trailing 23-7.
The Falcons gave it everything they had in the final two quarters of play, but still fell short 30-24.
Quarterback James Morgan threw three interception in the game, but his total on the season at seven.
As a team the Falcons offense has turned the ball over 19 times this year, s habit they will have to prevent if they want to have a shot at pulling off the upset against Toledo.
The offensive side of the ball in general has been a constant struggle this season for Bowling Green. Morgan has only been completing 55.4 percent of his passes for a total of 706 yards and three touchdowns.

The running game hasn’t been much better and is led by Fred Coppet with just 451 yards and three trips to the endzone.
The Falcons defense hasn’t been able to stop anyone this season and is allowing an average of 515 yards and 46.5 points per game while their offense has only been coming up with an average of 18.3 points of their own.

Free Week 7 NCAA Football Prediction
The Falcons were blown out early this year against both Memphis and Ohio State, but have stayed relatively close in their other games.
While I would never consider them to win this one straight up, I don’t think they will have a problem staying within 25 points.
4* Free NCAA Betting Pick: Bowling Green +25.5
Toledo’s offense has put up some amazing numbers this season and I think they will have no problem moving the ball up and down the field against the Falcons.
I don’t believe the Rockets defense is good enough to allow this game to get too far out of hand though. I also see this game staying under 72.5 points.
