So which Wide Receivers can we trust to take us over the top at this critical junction of the NFL season? Let’s take a look at the top 5 Fantasy Football Wide Receiver plays for Week 15.
1. DeAndre Hopkins, Texans
Hopkins has been a tad disappointing two of the last three weeks but is still the most targeted, most reliable option in the game right now – no matter if Brian Hoyer or TJ Yates is throwing him the ball.

He absolutely ripped the Colts in the last matchup between these teams to the tune of 169 yards on 11 catches. Hopkins is due for an absolute explosion – it should come this week against a bad Indianapolis defense. 125 yards and a TD on 8 catches make Hopkins #1 this week.
2. Julio Jones, Falcons
It’s pretty hard not to go back to the Julio well once again this week – it has to pay off some time. Why not against a bad Jacksonville secondary? Jones has six 100+ yard games so far this season but has somehow failed to score in his last five games. I think that streak is snapped this week at Matt Ryan goes to Jones early and often. With no other pass catchers threatening to approach Jones in targets in Atlanta expect the Falcons #1 to get his chances this week. 100 yards and a TD with upside is where I see Jones landing on Sunday.

3. Doug Baldwin, Seahawks
It’s pretty hard not to love what Baldwin has done lately – he has nine TDs in his last five games overall! Baldwin is the #1 target in an offense that doesn’t look like it can be slowed in the slightest and is going up against a bad Cleveland defense at home. It all adds up to another terrific outing for Baldwin who I like to score multiple TDs for the third time in five weeks. I project 100 yards and 2 TDs for Baldwin this week – he could realistically end up the #1 pass catcher this week.
4. Brandon Marshall, Jets
Marshall has been terrific all season long – a date with the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday night should do nothing to slow him down. Marshall has gone over 100 yards in three straight games and has scored a TD in an incredible 6 straight games – as consistent and as effective as any pass catcher in the game right now. Expect another 100 yards and another score for one of the Jets MVPs.
5. Alshon Jeffery, Bears
Jeffery is a stud and has the pleasure of facing a Vikings secondary that will be playing with a bunch of backups yet again. He’s the only real consistent receiving threat for Jay Cutler and the Bears and had 116 yards on eight catches the first time these teams met in Week 8.

Jeffery is in line for a huge workload this week for sure and as he does, should be able to do some damage with his looks. Another 8 catches for 100 yards and a TD are crucial for the Bears if they hope to remain competitive in the game against Minnesota.
