Guards
Damian Lillard, POR (vs OKC), $8.1k DK
In the Thunder’s last game versus the Blazers, Russell Westbrook went viral for being caught on a hot mic during a free-throw shouting “I’ve been whoopin’ that a– for years!” Who was he shouting at? That would be FiIrst Team All-NBA point guard Damian Lillard. In truth, Lillard and Westbrook have gone an even 11-11 against one another throughout their careers. Westbrook does own the statistical battle, but Lillard owns the efficiency battle. After being on the wrong end of a viral interaction earlier this season, Lillard will be out for blood. On top of that, his team just dropped a bad one to the Memphis Grizzlies and need a big win against a team with an identical record to stay in the hunt for the West’s third or seed.
Wesley Matthews, IND (@ MIL) $4.3k DK
Wesley Matthews is a bit of a bold volume pick on a rare two-game night, but he has a lot of potential to play well above his $4.3k value considering the Milwaukee Bucks are a bottom-five team when defending his position this season in DFS.

Forwards
Paul George, OKC (@ POR), $9.7k DK
Giannis Antetokounmpo is your tier-1 forward on Thursday night, but at $11.2k, he’s not likely to be a better value than Paul George. George has a tendency to do serious work against the Trail Blazers, and he’s still convinced in his own mind he has a shot at winning the MVP award. That mentality isn’t going to change on Thursday night, and the combo of Lillard-Mo Harkless-Al-Farouq Aminu isn’t going to cut it on the defensive end.
Nikola Mirotic, MIL (vs IND) $4.8 DK
Nikola Mirotic got his groove back in his last outing, going for 28.75 FTPS. Against the Indiana Pacers, a terrible squad when defending players at Mirotic’s position in DFS, he should be able to add to that total by knocking down better than 30 percent of his threes.
Center
Jusuf Nurkic, POR (vs OKC), $6.7k
If you need a cheap option here because you’re a real risk-take and top-loaded your roster on a two-game slate, Enes Kanter could be a good value pick at $4k considering the early success he had after signing with the Blazers plus the extra motivation of playing the team that traded him to New York on national television. But if you can affordf him, Nurkic has a much higher ceiling. He’s been playing out of his mind as of late and he has a tendency to go full Bosnian Beast on national television.

One last thing. Remember… at the end of the day if you can’t afford to gamble online OR play at Draft Kings and Fan Duel then STOP. We know most DFS players need action, heck we do too, so just bet what you can afford.
Don’t go chasing money in high dollar GPP’s. Stick to cash games, and try to play on bigger slates. Avoid those night time 2 games slates. Your bankroll will thank us later.
