Guards
Kyrie Irving, BOS (@ LAC), $8.9k DK
Kyrie Irving is coming off a predictably strong game against LeBron James and the short-handed Los Angeles Lakers, and he should have another against the LA Clippers on Monday. So far this season, LA is just 27th in the NBA when defending guards in DFS. Irving should have himself a good old-fashioned field day in this one.
Donovan Mitchell, UTAH (vs OKC) $8.4k DK
Donovan Mitchell’s sophomore slump is officially over. If you didn’t realize that, you’re not alone. Obviously his $8.4k price tag isn’t cheap, but the national media ignores the Utah Jazz like they’re the monsters or aliens or whatever in that Sandra Bullock

Forwards
Gordon Hayward, BOS (@ LAC), $4.6k DK
Gordon Hayward’s early-season slump is all but gone. He’s not the No. 1 option he was in Utah, but he doesn’t need to be on a team that includes Kyrie Irving and Jayson Tatum. As Hayward gets in better shape and better used to playing alongside his Boston teammates, he becomes a better and better option at the forward position. On Monday night, he’s playing a Clippers team that is just 24th when defending his position in DFS, and his $4.6k price tag is perfect if you went with two more expensive options at the guard slots.
Joe Ingles, UTAH (vs OKC) $5.9 DK
Joe Ingles and the Oklahoma City Thunder…man, there is no love lost there in that relationship. Simply put: The Thunder bring the worst out in Joe Ingles…and that brings the best out of Joe Ingles. Ingles, at $5.9k, has a chance to make his presence felt on defense, which—more than steals or blocks—will contribute to his confidence on offense. He has a strong chance of doing serious damage from deep in this one. Get those bonus three-pointer shots in this one. Ingles is playing a Thunder team that is just 28th in DFS when defending his position this season.
Center
Jarrett Allen, BKN (vs DET), $4.8k
Jarrett Allen has quietly had a very strong sophomore season. He’s making a habit, in particular, at posterizing the Association’s biggest stars at the rim—on both ends of the court. On Monday night, he’s going up against a Detroit Pistons team that has a star-studded frontcourt but also has those same type of stars who love to challenge a Posterizer at the rim. Andre Drummond and Blake Griffin will likely have big games, but at $4.8k, Jarrett Allen has the potential to be a very high ceiling type of player. He seems to always play up to his competition, and this one should prove no different.

One last thing. Remember… at the end of the day if you can’t afford to gamble online OR play at Draft Kings and Fan Duel then STOP. We know most DFS players need action, heck we do too, so just bet what you can afford.
Don’t go chasing money in high dollar GPP’s. Stick to cash games, and try to play on bigger slates. Avoid those night time 2 games slates. Your bankroll will thank us later.
