Which of those matchups should we be keeping our eyes on? Here is a breakdown of the top 5 Fantasy Wide Receiver plays for Week 13 of the NFL season.
1. DeAndre Hopkins, Texans
Hopkins was quiet last week against the Saints – I expect an explosion this week against Buffalo. He has 9 TDs already this season and has eclipsed the 100 yard receiving mark 5 times – I expect him to make it 6 on Sunday. He is the most heavily targeted receiver in the league and does a lot with his opportunities for sure.

Anything less than 6-8 catches for 125 yards and a TD would be a disappointment.
2. Antonio Brown, Steelers
Brown’s numbers obviously depend on the health of Ben Roethlisberger – I’m assuming Ben plays this week against the Colts. Brown was shut down by Richard Sherman last week and seems poised to absolutely explode this week! Simply put Brown is one of the two or three most talented guys in the game right now and has a rapport with his QB like no other. 10 catches for close to 150 yards and a TD makes Brown a 1B play this week!

3. Julio Jones, Falcons
Still waiting for a Julio Jones explosion? Me too! He went for a very disappointing 56 yards last week to no fault of his own – Matt Ryan absolutely HAS to be better! Jones has somehow been better on the road than at home this year and had 12 grabs for 162 yards and a TD in the first meeting of the year with the Bucs – he obviously matches up very well with this team! If Jones doesn’t get 8 grabs for 120 or so yards and a TD it will be Matt Ryan’s fault – period!
4. Odell Beckham, Giants
Beckham and the Giants draw the Jets and their shutdown pass defense this week. Does it scare me? Maybe a bit. But Beckham has proven to be absolutely matchup proof so far this season. He has gone over 100 yards six times already this year and has scored nine times – I like him to pad those stats this week and to make it five straight 100+ yards efforts. Nobody can slow this guy – 120 yards and a TD is very reasonable this week!
5. Alshon Jeffery, Bears
Jeffery rides a three-game streak of 100+ yards receiving into a home game with the 49ers on Sunday! He should be able to make it four with ease.

He is the only real consistent weapon for Jay Cutler – he will be looked to early and often for sure! A healthy Jeffery is a dangerous one – I am expecting 100+ yards receiving against a bad defense and 1, possibly 2 scores for Jeffery – he could easily end up the #1 WR producer this week!
