That the Houston Texans underachieved in 2013 is a major understatement. The Texans were expected to challenge for a Super Bowl after making improvements to a roster that won 10 games in 2011 and 12 games in 2012, but the bottom fell out after several key players were either hurt or failed to live up to expectations.
