The Florida Gators and South Carolina Gamecocks square off tonight in Gainesville in an SEC betting showdown.
Sportsbook.com has established Florida as nine-point favorites, with a Total of 151.5. The game will be on ESPN starting at 9 pm ET.
Florida (18-4, 7-8 ATS) is trying to become the flagship team in the conference but was dragged around like a gator by the tail at Tennessee in being wiped out, 79-63 as 3 ½-point underdogs.

It was two years ago in this same spot that South Carolina (7-3, 5-3-1 ATS) almost derailed Florida’s national championship dreams, losing 17-16 as 13-point road underdogs.
That’s not carrying much weight this week as South Carolina is a 22 ½-point underdog this Saturday in Gainesville.
It’s always big news when former Florida coach Steve Spurrier returns to Gainesville, but it’s even more so this week.
The Gators are ranked 4th in the BCS Standings and they don’t want their season ruined by Spurrier and South Carolina when they host them as 21-point favorites.
