The Toronto Raptors enter the 2013-14 season with plenty of optimism after some big time additions, and the loss of a player viewed as dead weight. With plenty of Eastern Conference teams, particularly Atlantic Division teams, tanking in hopes of a top draft pick, a playoff spot seems well within the team’s grasp.
By record, the Charlotte Bobcats are the worst team in the league. They have just 16 more games this season and the way they are playing they might not break double digits in wins something every other team has already done – even in a short season that is pretty bad.
It is just another lost season for the Toronto Raptors. With forward Andrea Bargnani out for a big chunk of the year this team has been struggling big time to score points.
It is Valentine’s Day but there is not much to like about this matchup, partly because these teams are bad and partly because they will both be missing key players.
The Toronto Raptors are not a very good team. Take away leading scorer Andrea Bargnani ( who has been out in two separate stints) and they can be quite anemic and they will be facing Boston missing Bargnani, and unlikely recent scoring sensation, guard Jeryd Bayless as well.

The Toronto Raptors, (1-0 SU, 1-0 ATS, 0-1 O/U) jumped all over the Philadelphia 76ers in their season opening 95-84 road win over the Philadelphia 76ers the same night and will look to keep the Warriors out of the win column tonight by doing the same tonight.
