1. New York Yankees – 2008 Record – 89-73
Coming out of camp, this team boasts the strongest, most balanced starting rotation in the game.
There’s a new No.1 team in the NBA, but not by much. The Cleveland Cavaliers and Los Angeles Lakers will probably fight for the top spot for the rest of the year, and NBA betting players will have a tough time deciding which team to go with in their offshore sportsbook.
Well its been over two weeks since Craig has released his Power Rankings for College Basketball. The Madness has officially begun and the upsets are only just starting. Not a ton of change at the top of Craig’s Power Rankings but the top 5 has had a few changes.
Just when the NHL betting playoff picture looks like it’s taking shape, crazy things start happening. The Flames win the trade deadline and are suddenly rubbing shoulders with the elite. The Habs and Rangers show a bit of fight. Most of all, the Penguins – written off by many online betting fans as recently as two weeks ago – are the hottest team in the league.
There isn’t much change near the top of the NBA power rankings this week, as the NBA betting favorites for the championship have stayed essentially the same, although Cleveland is hot on the Lakers’ heels.

March is upon us and there is nothing like making a last minute push for an at-large bid. One team that is gaining some “bubble” notice is Rhode Island as the Rams have won six straight and are 10-1 straight-up in their past eleven games overall.
You know what they say, NHL betting fans: you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. So you can’t teach Martin Brodeur to, uh, not…stop…pucks. OK, it’s a bad analogy. But it’s Monday, so gimme a break.

One of the biggest losers coming out of the Bracket Buster Weekend was Davidson who couldn’t defend their home court against the Butler Bulldogs and lost outright 75-63 as a 4½-point home favorite. Davidson is now a bubble team that might need to win the Southern Conference tournament in order to ensure their spot in the field of 65.
We’ve officially reached the NHL’s dog days of winter, though next week’s trade deadline will inject life back into the league. This time of year is dangerous for NHL betting fans, as even the best teams can lag (read: New York Islanders 4, New Jersey Devils 0).

Well, hockey betting fans, the NHL trade deadline rapidly approaches, and that means the season is more than two thirds complete. For the first time all season, there is a new team in the top-2. That’s right, a team known for grit, tenacity and guts has climbed to the top as our season-favorite Titans and Giants hit massive stumbling blocks. The race for the Wildcard has never been more exciting, with sixteen teams grinding out for a shot at the Superbowl in Tampa Bay, Week 16 and 17 have all the relevance that you’ve been waiting for.
How exactly do you grade a loss to a turnaround team? That’s exactly the situation we’re facing when trying to figure out if the Giants were exposed by the Eagles, or if it was just one of “those” games for Eli Manning. The Titans take over the top spot again since they have the better record, but the rest of the rankings are as muddled as my drunk grandmother trying to clip coupons using a butter knife.
Why is everyone on this Carolina Panthers bandwagon? Did people just skip watching the NFC South because they’ve been so historically morbid? Well to refresh your stinking memory, the NFC South is poised to send three teams in to the playoffs if Carolina can get its crap together and Atlanta continues on this miraculous run.
