One month into the 2014-15 NBA season, we’re starting to get a better idea of who are the pretenders and who are the contenders. There’s still plenty of ball to be played, but the top 10 teams in the league are becoming more clear at this point in the process.
Well, we are getting a good sense of the teams that will be contending right until the end of the 2014-2015 NHL season – there are a lot of typical, predictable teams in the conversation but there are also a few out-of-the-blue surprises climbing up the Ranks.

Week 16 is over and the playoff picture is as muddy as it was last week – a few of the top contenders lost and in turn failed to cement their position on the Rankings. If I didn’t know better, I would have thought that no team wanted to head into the playoffs on a high.
