This Week’s PGA Tour Predictions!
The most fan-friendly golf tournament in the world comes our way this week from a very busy Phoenix, Arizona, site of the Super Bowl that also takes place this weekend.

The PGA pros vacate Hawaii this week and invade Indian Wells, California for the Humana Challenge – a pro-am format tournament that will feature some longer rounds than the best in the world are used to.
The first full field PGA event of 2015 comes our way from beautiful Waialae Country Club on Honolulu, Hawaii this week. Jimmy Walker returns to defend this week off a very disappointing playoff loss at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions last week.
The first tournament of 2015 comes our way from the beautiful Plantation Course in Kapalua, Hawaii this week – a 7,452 yards par 73 track. Stunning views, unpredictable weather and a rather unforgiving layout await a group of last year’s PGA victors.
The big news ahead of this week’s 2014 Hero World Challenge is the return of Tiger Woods back to the golf world – as host for this week’s event! Just 18 of the best golfers in the world will tee it up this week on the 7,544 yard par 71 Isleworth Golf & CC in Windermere, Florida. It should be fun.
The PGA pros head to Mexico this week to play the 2014 OHL Classic at Mayakoba. El Camaleon Golf Club at Mayakoba will play 6,987 yards with three par 5s, four par 3s and 11 par 4s on its par 71 layout.
Some of the biggest golf names on the planet return to action this week as the 2014 HSBC Champions is contested in Shanghai, China and the Shanghai Sheehan International Golf Club. The par 72 Sheehan International Golf Club measures 7,266 yards and boasts four par 5s (two measuring nearly 600 yards) – big hitters should be on your radar this week.
The PGA TOUR head overseas this week for the Malaysia CIMB Classic. Some big names will make their season debut in Malaysia. Kuala Lumpur Golf & CC will play a miniscule 6,985 yards on its pat 72 layout. Despite the lack of length this track played tough last year – the par 5s are extremely tough.
The 2014 McGladrey Classic comes our way from Sea Island – Seaside Course in the great state of Georgia this week. The Seaside Course is a par-70 layout, and measures only 7,005 yards featuring two par 5s, four par 3s and 12 par 4s. Needless to say – length shouldn’t be an issue.
The second stop on TOUR in the second wrap-around season schedule, the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open comes our way this week from Vegas and TPC Summerlin – a tournament owned by Webb Simpson last year. Cappers Picks will be pumpking out the Golf gambling picks all season long. Check back often!
Another PGA betting sleeper came through for me last week – that makes three since March! If you would have listened to me, Matt Every would have paid you 80-1 at the Arnold Palmer, Tim Clark would have rewarded you 75-1 at the Canadian Open and most recently Billy Horschel would have paid you off at 66-1 odds last week at the BMW Championship.
