Curtis Granderson had his way with the Yankees in the Subway Series ‘ first two games on the road, and will now look to continue his dominance over his cross-town rivals when the Mets host the Yankees in the opener of a two-game series at Citi Field on Wednesday night.

The New York Mets will make the trip out to Denver to open a four-game series with the Colorado Rockies on Thursday night. The Rockies return home red hot, having won five games on their six-game road trip, while the Mets also have five wins in their last six games, with a day off on Wednesday after their game in Philadelphia was rained out.
The Mets have taken advantage of their schedule to get off to a nice start.
They are just behind the Braves in the National League East standings and if they can get another series win in Philadelphia they will really be pleased with themselves.
