The Missouri Tigers had everything going their way at the beginning of the season. They had Chase Daniels back at quarterback, they didn’t lose any key defensive players, and if anything they were going to be better because of the experience they garnered by playing in a BCS Bowl Game in 2007. But something happened once the season started – – the Tigers played below expectations.
Northwestern’s defense did a heck of a job this year.
