The Michigan Wolverines were a regular season contender last season who couldn’t get it done when tournament time came around. They enter the 2012-13 season once again with buildup surrounding the program, but this time they hope to finish what they start when March finally rolls around.
Denard Robinson really struggled last week, as Michigan was blown out by Alabama and they fell 11 spots in the polls because of it. They have a good chance to regroup facing an Air Force team that was 0-2 facing ranked teams last season.
It’s hard to label Brady Hoke’s first season with the Michigan Wolverines as anything but a major success. Hoke led the team to an 11-2 record and a BCS bowl win over Virginia Tech in the Sugar Bowl. Last year showed that Hoke knows how to win in the Big Ten.

This matchup will determine the second finalist in the Big Ten Conference Tournament. Michigan pulled off a pretty miraculous comeback to get to this point.
