Michigan: The Week That Was
The Michigan Wolverines are 4-0 for the first time since 2006 after pulling out a dramatic 36-33 victory at the big house against Indiana. Unfortunately, as 20-point home favorites winning by three is not that impressive and that is probably why the Wolverines are underdogs in their first road test of the season.

These two teams met earlier in the year at Ford Field. North Carolina dominated the game and won 98-63. Michigan State did not have the services on Goran Suton. Michigan State is not even close to the same team now as they were in December. In the earlier matchup the lone bright spot for MSU was Raymar Morgon which had 21 points on 8-14 shooting.

Kansas is an impressive 26-8-1 ATS in the last 35. They are 6-0 on neutral sites and underdogs. But they have lost the last 7 ATS vs. Big 10 opponents. The under is 8-2 on neutral courts and 9-1 in the last 10 in the NCAA Tournament.
In retrospect, Georgia was overrated coming into the season, wouldn’t you agree? The Bulldogs were being counted on as the #1 or #2 team by many pundits, on the strength of their resounding win over Hawai’i in last year’s Sugar Bowl and many starters returning. They just couldn’t live up to that hype, however.
The Michigan State Spartans (6-2 SU, 4-4 ATS) are smarting from a rather tough defeat they took at the hands of Ohio State this past week. On Saturday they’ll engage in a Big Ten matchup with the Michigan Wolverines (2-5 SU, 1-6 ATS) in NCAA action that is set to kick off at 3:30 PM ET at Michigan Stadium (natural turf) in Ann Arbor, MI.
Two teams hoping to pull some surprises in the Big Ten will get together on Saturday as the Iowa Hawkeyes (3-2 SU, 2-2 ATS) face off against the Michigan State Spartans (4-1 SU, 3-2 ATS) in NCAA college football action that is slated to kick off at Noon ET at Spartan Stadium (natural turf) in East Lansing, MI.
