The Michigan Wolverines (13-5 SU, 7-5-1 ATS, 7-5 O/U) have dropped two consecutive games in the BetUS Sportsbook including a dismal 65-58 loss to Ohio State on Saturday in which they failed to cover the spread as 5.5-point home favorites in the BetUS Sportsbook.
Not much was expected of Michigan this season, but this team busted out fast, winning games against UCLA and Duke in the first month of the campaign. Of course, that’s not the kind of thing that guarantees success in the Big Ten, as Wisconsin was quick to remind them a week ago when they came to Ann Arbor and left with a 73-61 victory.
Michigan finds itself building a winner quicker than many thought possible under coach John Beilein, who like Rich Rodriguez came to Ann Arbor from West Virginia and sought to remake the program. Wisconsin will try to upset the applecart with the fundamental style of play it exhibits under Bo Ryan.
