The Georgia Bulldogs will look to rebound from their devastating loss to the Auburn Tigers last week. The Kentucky Wildcats will look to pounce and take advantage of a Bulldogs team that might come in a bit vulnerable.
The No. 9 Auburn Tigers have been one of the biggest surprises in college football this season, and will put it all on the line for a shot at the Southeastern Conference championship game when they host Georgia on Saturday.

Georgia had very high expectations coming into the season but with two losses already most of those are already out the window. There are some very good games in the first week of the season as we have been offered some fun neutral site contests and even some rare conference games…but this one is the prize of the week pitting two Top 10 teams in an on-campus BCS Championship elimination match before we even get to Labour Day (neutral sites are cool but they often lack emotion).
Georgia has been very good over the last decade but never really able to break through in a big way. Maybe this year is the year they can, led by a senior QB captaining an offense that should be among the best in the conference and the nation.
The SEC is loaded with very good teams. Though there are some favourites in each division in Alabama and Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Texas A&M and LSU should all be good this season and one upset could easily shake things up from the expected path.
Georgia nearly beat Alabama but because of the current rules they get a lame matchup against Nebraska on New Year’s Day. From what we have seen lately there is a huge difference in class in this matchup.
The Yellow Jackets have to be one of the most maddening teams out there this season. With their old school offense they rumble away at teams at times looking unstoppable.
Just don’t blow it Georgia Bulldogs. This is the last hurdle between a return trip to the SEC title game. Georgia got off to a slow start against Mississippi last week so they will want to roar out of the gate this week and not let the Tigers into the game.
If you have been smart you have been on the Rebels bandwagon all season long as they are sporting a 7-1 ATS record coming into this weekend. No major upsets included just playing it a little closer than expected.
Vandy fought hard but they came up just short in games against South Carolina and Northwestern.

Kentucky (28-1) has already wrapped up the SEC title and they are in the driver’s seat to snag a top seed in the Big Dance, but they still have to face Georgia tonight and a ranked Florida team on the road in their season finale.
