No fewer than a dozen are cashing in at a 75-percent clip or better as we head into Week 11:

Connecticut 8-1 ATS
Ohio State 8-2
Clemson 7-2
Boston College 6-2
Central Florida 6-2
Central Michigan 6-2
Fresno State 6-2
Houston 6-2
Marshall 6-2
Pittsburgh 6-2
Temple 6-2
Wyoming 6-2

There’s big money out there in the Big East and other lesser conferences. But this weekend’s biggest matchup features the most celebrated program on the above list. The Buckeyes lead off our latest weekend football betting update; all times are Eastern, and updated odds are only a click away at Bodog Sports.

Saturday: No. 10 Iowa at No. 11 Ohio State (3:30 p.m., ABC)

It’s been confirmed that James Vandenberg will start at quarterback for the Hawkeyes (9-1 SU, 8-3 ATS) on Saturday in place of Ricky Stanzi (15 TDs, 14 INTs), who has a severe ankle sprain. Vandenberg is a solid prospect, but also a redshirt freshman with only 30 pass attempts in his college career, connecting on 11 of them with one interception. His first starting assignment is against Ohio State (8-2 SU and ATS) with a trip to the Rose Bowl on the line. The Buckeyes are 17-point favorites at Ohio Stadium. The favorite has covered this matchup eight times in a row – the favorite being the Buckeyes on seven occasions.

Saturday: No. 16 Utah at No. 4 TCU (7:30 p.m., ABC)

The Utes (8-1 SU, 3-6 ATS) were last year’s only undefeated team, winning the Sugar Bowl against Alabama, but this year they’ve taken a backseat to the Horned Frogs (9-0 SU, 6-3 ATS). Texas Christian was ranked second in the FBS in overall efficiency after Week 10. Utah was considerably farther down the list at No. 60, and the Utes are giant 19.5-point puppies this Saturday at Amon G. Carter Stadium. They’re also going with a freshman QB in this matchup; last week, Jordan Wynn threw a pair of TD passes and a pick in his first start, a 45-14 romp over New Mexico (+27). The Frogs have a vastly superior 4-2-5 defensive scheme that should keep Wynn and his spread offense in check.

Sunday: Cincinnati at Pittsburgh (1:00 p.m., CBS)

The weather’s supposed to be good for both our college games, but there’s a 20-percent chance of rain over Heinz Field on Sunday. The Bengals (6-2 SU, 5-3 ATS) and Steelers (6-2 SU, 3-5 ATS) are tied atop the NFC North standings. Back in Week 3, it was the Bengals making a statement with a 23-20 victory as 3.5-point home dogs. They’re also coming off a huge 17-7 win over Baltimore (-3 road faves), but it’s the Steelers favored by seven points this week with a total of 41.5. The OVER is 4-4 for either side in this matchup.

Sunday: Philadelphia at San Diego (4:15 p.m., FOX)

The Chargers are once again coming back from the dead, winning three games in a row to climb within one game of Denver in the AFC West at 5-3 SU (3-5 ATS). The Eagles, on the other hand, are coming off a tough loss at home to Dallas (+3) to fall to 5-3 SU and ATS. RB Brian Westbrook (4.8 yards per carry) was held out of that game because of post-concussion issues, but now he’s also bothered by a sore ankle, leaving his status for this Sunday undetermined. The Chargers were 3-point faves (+105) against Philly before that line was taken off the board. Keep checking the NFL odds for the latest.

Sunday: New England at Indianapolis (8:20 p.m., NBC)

It’s never a dull moment when the Patriots (6-2 SU, 4-4 ATS) take on the Colts (8-0 SU, 5-3 ATS). We’ve got the highest total of the week up on the board with 50 points, and the Colts are favored by three (+105). But the UNDER is 5-3 for each team this year and 4-2 in their last six meetings with one another. Although the Pats have some injuries on the offensive line, rookie Sebastian Vollmer at left tackle and reserve center Dan Connolly have played very well in relief, keeping Tom Brady (16 TDs, five INTs) upright and effective.
