The No. 1 seeds are set and the only thing left to do is make your wagers as the 2010 NCAA Tournament gets rolling this week.

The Arkansas Pine Bluff Golden Lions will take on the Winthrop Eagles on Tuesday (7:30 pm ET, ESPN), with the winner meeting the No. 1 seed Duke Blue Devils in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday.

Winthrop is a 3.5-point favorite and the over/under is 113.5 in College Basketball Odds.

Duke, Kansas Jayhawks, Kentucky Wildcats and Syracuse Orange were all named the No. 1 seeds in the respective regions on Selection Sunday.

Kansas (32-2 SU, 14-16-1 ATS), the overall No. 1 seed for the tournament and winners of the Big 12 tournament, faces Patriot League champion Lehigh Mountain Hawks in a Midwest region opener Thursday (9:40 pm ET, CBS).

The Jayhawks are favored by 25.5 points in NCAA Tournament Betting.

Kentucky (32-2 SU, 17-15 ATS), which won the SEC conference championship on the weekend with a 75-74 overtime squeaker over Mississippi State, battles Atlantic Sun champion East Tennessee State Buccaneers in an East region matchup on Thursday in New Orleans (7:10 pm ET, CBS).

The Wildcats are 20-point favorites.

West region No. 1 Syracuse (28-4 SU, 18-9 ATS) will face America East champion Vermont on Friday in Buffalo (9:40 pm ET, CBS).

The Orange are favored by 18 points.

Duke (29-5) beat Georgia Tech 65-61 on Sunday to win the ACC Tournament.
