NFL Week Four – Philadelphia Eagles vs. Chicago Bears

The Philadelphia Eagles travel to Chicago to take on the Bears in a game that should interest a lot of NFL betting fans. Both the Eagles and Bears appear much improved from last season when neither team made the playoffs. The Eagles in particular look like one of the better teams in the NFL this year.
They started out the season by wholloping the St. Louis Rams, an easy cover against the online BetUS Sportsbook wagering spread, then beat the online betting spread in their next game versus the Cowboys. Finally, they held the Pittsburgh Steelers to six points in another cover game against the online betting spread.
The Chicago Bears have been pretty good this season. They beat the Indianapolis Colts pretty handily on the road in their first game of the season. Then, they beat the Kansas City Chiefs. In their first big test of the year, the win against the Colts wasn’t as impressive after watching the Colts lose to the Jaguars in week three, they failed in overtime dropping a game versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bears will be looking to bounce back but it won’t be easy.

To me this is one of the easier online wagers this weekend. I just don’t see how the Chicago Bears stay close to a team like the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles may be without starting running back Bryan Westbrook but that shouldn’t matter.
When it comes down to it, the Eagles are much better team than the Bears. They are better on offense and defense. They have a better coaching staff. They know how to win games.
The Eagles will find a way to get some separation, like they did in their game versus the Steelers, in the third quarter of this game. Philadelphia won’t lose this game. They should win going away.
