Thursday Free NHL Picks (Dec 11)

It’s Thursday and if you’re looking for nhl betting odds, hockey betting, hockey free picks, nhl handicapping, and more hockey betting info you’ve come to the right place…

Ducks and Sharks Highlight the Western Conference Board

Nashville Predators +110 over COLUMBUS BLUE JACKETS

The Jackets are a strong home team in general, but Nashville has their number. The Predators are 7-2 SU in their last 9 games when playing the Jackets. Take advantage of a cheap NHL betting line at a great value.

Florida Panthers +135 over EDMONTON OILERS

The Panthers are my new favorite upstart team, going 4-1 SU in their last 5 games. While on the road, Florida is a mighty 5-2 SU in their last 7 away from home. Edmonton has been on a streak of their own, and can usually hold their own against the Panthers, but I have questions about Edmonton right now after coming off such a huge win against San Jose. Bet Florida tonight.

Minnesota Wild -120 over PHOENIX COYOTES

Minnesota must love traveling to Arizona or something, because they haven’t lost a game when visiting the Coyotes in nearly two years. Phoenix just finished a harsh three game road venture last night, while Minnesota has been off since last Saturday. Take the Wild, who are 5-0 SU in their last 5 games against the howlin’ dogs.

LA KINGS -155 over St. Louis Blues

I don’t care. I don’t care. I don’t care. I don’t care. I don’t care. When you don’t care, you don’t wan to care, or you have no need to care, just bet on the home favorite straight up. Can we move on please?

SAN JOSE SHARKS -200 over Anaheim Ducks

The comedy of this matchup is in the team name. Since when would a duck, or even a fleet of ducks, be able to handle the murderous king of the seas? Anaheim may be 6-2 SU in their last 8 games, but whenever you see a line like this in hockey, you know it’s for a damn good reason.

The Sharks are heavy favorites because they continue to be one of the best home teams in the league. Going 15-2 SU in their last 17 games in the Shark Tank, while going 9-1 SU in their last 10 games period certainly helps bolster your NHL betting confidence, right? Barring Emilio Estevez coming out of the stands blaring on a kazoo, the Ducks don’t have a chance of winning. But the bet I do like? Ducks on the puckline!
