NFL Online Wagering Action – Week 12 NFL Betting Review

An exciting Week 12 in the NFL brought pro football bettors everywhere a few ATS surprises as well as some easy ATS covers in the BetUS Sportsbook.

After going a respectable 9-6-1 with all of my NFL selections this Sunday, my NFL weekly review will take a look back at the week that was around the league while giving BetUS NFL sports betting enthusiasts a brief glance toward all of Week 13’s coming action in what promises to be another profitable NFL wagering week.

Steelers 27 Bengals 10

The Steelers had a cakewalk against the beleaguered Bengals at home but won’t have such an easy time on the road against the Patriots in Week 13.  Cincinnati has packed it in already NFL bettors and look like a solid selection to bet against for the remainder of the regular season.

Texans 16 Browns 6

The Texans are mediocre at best this season but the Browns are a complete mess. Cleveland hosts Indianapolis on Sunday while Houston can make it two in a row with a win over the lowly Jaguars next Monday.

Buccaneers 38 Lions 20

The Buccaneers look like they are going to be a tough out in the playoffs despite their shortcomings. The Lions can hang it up until next year.

Cowboys 35 49ers 22

Ho-hum, there were no surprises in this tune-up for the Cowboys. Dallas hosts another floundering franchise when the Seahawks visit for a Thanksgiving Day matchup. Mike Singletary has his work cut out for him in Frisco.

Jets 34 Titans 13

Okay NFL sports betting enthusiasts, the Jets are legitimate contenders in the AFC now and I say nothing is out of the question for them at this point. A home date against Denver on Sunday won’t be much of a problem I tell ya’. I also don’t think this win takes any luster off of Tennessee’s terrific season either. A road date at Detroit should make them feel much better by the way while New York hosts Denver at home.

Bills 54 Chiefs 31

The Bills rolled the abysmal Chiefs but I’m not impressed one iota. Still, they can help their playoff chances with another win over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. Kansas City may also be primed for a win over the equally atrocious Oakland Raiders.

Bears 27 Rams 3

The ‘Sisters of the Blind’ could beat the Rams right now, so Chicago’s win here is meaningless in the grand scheme of things. A tough road matchup with division rival Minnesota looms.

Patriots 48 Dolphins 28

If there were any doubts that Matt Cassel and the Patriots are for real, there shouldn’t be. A home win against Pittsburgh would go a long way toward their postseason plans. Miami has nothing to be ashamed of with this loss by the way.

Vikings 30 Jaguars 12

Okay NFL Sportsbook bettors, the Jaguars are officially toast and have sunken to new lows! The Vikings are playing respectable football and can take another step toward winning the NFC North with a big win over Chicago at home on Sunday.

Ravens 36 Eagles 7

I saw this loss coming from a mile away! The Eagles are pathetic at this point while the Ravens look like a solid playoff participant. The Ravens have a ‘gimme’ at Cincinnati while Philadelphia has a tough home date against Arizona.

Raiders 31 Broncos 10

The Broncos showed in this loss that they are mediocre at best. A tough road date against Brett and the Jets looms Oakland could record consecutive wins with a home contest against the Oakland Raiders.

Giants 37 Cardinals 29

The Giants are clearly the best team in the NFC and anything less than another appearance in the Super Bowl would be a shock at this point. Arizona was exposed a bit but clearly can score the ball, almost at will. New York has a big road date at Washington while Arizona will look to avoid consecutive losses at Philadelphia.

Falcons 45 Panthers 28

The Falcons look like a legitimate playoff contender right now and another big game at San Diego while the hard-to-figure-out Panthers have a hard road matchup against Green Bay.

Redskins 20 Seahawks 17

The Redskins have made an art out of winning ugly this season, but a home win against the Giants may be asking too much this coming Sunday. The Seahawks have a big-time rebuilding job on their hands for next season.

Colts 23 Chargers 20

The Colts keep managing to wins games while the Charges have underachieved all season long for head coach Norv Turner. Indy has a gimme on tap facing Cleveland on the road while San Diego hosts the high-scoring Falcons in what could turn out to be a shootout.
