You think the fans in Green Bay enjoyed that Miami-Minnesota game last Sunday? Does the pope kiss Mexican runways?

This week’s rankings . . .

1. Green Bay Packers (2-0) Last Week (1) – Win over the Bears on Monday night would give Pack a       stranglehold on the division only three weeks in

2. New Orleans Saints (2-0) Last Week (2) – Guess this just isn’t Reggie Bush’s season in the sun

3. Indianapolis Colts (1-1) Last Week (5) – A new contract for Manning? The silence on this issue is deafening.

4. Houston Texans (2-0) Last Week (6) – Raise your hand if you believe suspended left tackle Duane Brown took that PED “unknowingly.”

5. Pittsburgh Steelers (2-0) Last Week (7) – Hey, 2-0 and we don’t even have a quarterback! Life is good

6. Miami Dolphins (2-0) Last Week (16) – In the next two weeks (Jets and Patriots), the Dolphins have a great chance to stake out the high ground in the AFC East.

7. Baltimore Ravens (1-1) Last Week (4) – John Harbaugh should know that contact with officials crosses a line.

8. New England Patriots (1-1) Last Week (3) – Brandon Jacobs would look good on this team, which struggles to run the ball

9. Chicago Bears (2-0) Last Week (20) – Bears fans should send a thank-you card to the coaching staff, which changed its blocking schemes early in last week’s game and basically saved Jay Cutler’s life.

10. Kansas City Chiefs (2-0) Last Week (18) – Total on KC is 36.5. KC is moving the ball well but scoring is down as Chiefs settle for field goals. Go over on that number.

11. San Diego Chargers (1-1) Last Week (11) – AFC West is filled with fiery coaches. Haley, McDaniels, Cable, Turn . . . never mind. Sports Betting at Sportsbook.com

12. New York Jets (1-1) Last Week (19) – Memo to Jets fans: You are now free to resume fawning over your team

13. Cincinnati Bengals (1-1) Last Week (21) – Why does everyone in the AFC North have such a tough time with these guys?

14. Minnesota Vikings (0-2) Last Week (12) – Prediction: After Week 8 the Vikings fall to 3-5 with a loss in New England. Favre limps off the field and, rather than risk ending his consecutive-games-started streak, quits for good. It would happen a week earlier but Favre won’t give Green Bay the satisfaction of finishing him off.

15. New York Giants (1-1) Last Week (8) – Two games as a member of the team and safety Antrel Rolle is already questioning the game plans, coaches and lack of locker room leadership

16. Arizona Cardinals (1-1) Last Week (9) – Here’s all you need to know about the Cardinals: They gave up 21 first downs to Atlanta in the first half last Sunday

17. Dallas Cowboys (0-2) Last Week (10) – Can the Cowboys still be America’s Team if they lose Sunday to Houston and aren’t even Texas’s team?

18. Seattle Seahawks (1-1) Last Week (13) – You know that scene in Friday Night Lights where the whacko father duct-tapes the football to his son’s hands after the kids fumbles in practice? Three TOs on the road won’t get you too far in this league.

19. Washington Redskins (1-1) Last Week (15) – Clinton Portis now says his comments regarding female reporters were “the truth.” If so, why did he issue an apology?

20. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-1) Last Week (14) – Jags take a turn at trying to slow down Michael Vick. Have fun

21. Oakland Raiders (1-1) Last Week (32) – As of Wednesday Tom Cable said he knew who his starting QB would be but wasn’t going to tell anyone. Good grief. Now he’s imitating Eric Mangini.

22. Tennessee Titans (1-1) Last Week (17) – Chris Johnson wants to run for 2,500 yards this season. He might be pretty close this week against the Giants in New York.

23. San Francisco 49ers (0-2) Last Week (22) – The Niners can spin it any way they want, but anyone with two eyes can see that they are not as good defensively as they were at the end of last season.

24. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-0) Last Week (29) – Get the feeling that after the Steelers finish up on Sunday, Josh Freeman will need to sleep in Monday morning.

25. Philadelphia Eagles (1-1) Last Week (23) – So much for the old adage that in the NFL a player can’t lose his starting job to an injury

26. Atlanta Falcons (1-1) Last Week (24) – Not exactly sure how to read it, but Tony Gonzalez has only four catches this season

27. Denver Broncos (1-1) – Home vs. Indianapolis, at Tennessee, at Baltimore, home vs. Jets. A 2-2 split would keep Broncos in the thick of it in the West.

28. Detroit Lions (1-1) Last Week (26) – Do you also get the feeling that the Lions will be acftive dogs this week in Minnesota?

29. Buffalo Bills (0-2) Last Week (27) – The offense looks about as alive as the owner

30. Carolina Panthers (0-2) Last Week (28) – The lockout can’t come soon enough for this franchise

31. St. Louis Rams (0-2) Last Week (30) – Fading the Rams can get you a long way in the office survivor pool

32.   Cleveland Browns (0-2) Last Week (31) – If this was baseball, Holmgren would have a couple of coaches warming up in the bullpen.
