Make it four straight weeks that the under was the strongest play. 11 games stayed under the total, four went over, and there was one push. Over this span, 43 out of 64 games have stayed under the total line.

Here is a rundown of all this week’s games and the current lines as supplied by MySportsbook.com..

Thursday, Dec. 17

Indianapolis Colts (-3.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars
Over/Under 43

Jacksonville needs this game much more than Indianapolis along with the fact that it is hard to know who will be playing for the Colts and how much playing time the starters will get. The Jaguars and the UNDER.

Saturday, Dec. 19

Dallas Cowboys at New Orleans Saints (-7)
Over/Under 53.5

The Saints have survived two straight close calls and this week should be no different against a Dallas team that is desperate for a win in December. The Cowboys and the OVER.

Sunday, Dec. 20

Chicago Bears at Baltimore Ravens (-10)
Over/Under 40.5

Baltimore still has an outside shot at a playoff berth but will probably need to win out to make it in. Chicago has played dreadful on the road this year with a 1-5 record. The Ravens and the UNDER.

New England Patriots (-7) at Buffalo Bills
Over/Under 40.5

Buffalo almost beat New England way back in week one on the road. They get another chance to try and derail the Patriots AFC title plans but this time at home. The Bills and the UNDER

Arizona Cardinals (-10.5) at Detroit Lions
Over/Under 46

Arizona should bounce back from last week’s meltdown in San Francisco as QB Kurt Warner rarely has two bad games in a row. The Cardinals and the OVER.

Cleveland Browns at Kansas City Chiefs (-2)
Over/Under 36.5

Last place in the AFC is on the line in this one as these two teams have combined for just 5 wins all season. Kansas City at home has to be better than Cleveland on the road. The Chiefs and the UNDER.

Atlanta Falcons at New York Jets (-6)
Over/Under 40

Each team’s starting QB is still questionable as is the Falcons most productive player, RB Michael Turner. New York’s top player RB Thomas Jones is healthy and that should be enough. The Jets and the UNDER

San Francisco 49ers at Philadelphia Eagles (-9)
Over/Under 43.5

Philadelphia’s offense is peaking at the right time as they have just too many weapons for the 49er’s 27th ranked passing defense to handle. The Eagles and the OVER.

Green Bay Packers at Pittsburgh Steelers (-1)
Over/Under 40

The big question is does Pittsburgh have enough pride left in them to win a game against a very good team in front of their home town fans. The Steelers and the OVER.

Houston Texans (-12.5) at St. Louis Rams
Over/Under 43.5

Houston’s slim playoff hopes should be enough motivation for them to win this game, but in their last few games, St. Louis has played everybody pretty close at home. The Rams and the UNDER.

Miami Dolphins at Tennessee Titans (-4)
Over/Under 43

Titan’s QB Vince Young remains questionable, but the key to Miami winning this game is stopping RB Chris Johnson who has eight straight games with 100+ rushing yards. The Titans and the UNDER.

Oakland Raiders at Denver Broncos (-14)
Over/Under 37

Oakland may have to go back to JaMarcus Russell at QB if Bruce Gradkowski cannot go. Either way the Raiders will have trouble moving the ball against Denver’s 3rd ranked defense. The Broncos and the OVER.

Cincinnati Bengals at San Diego Chargers (-7)
Over/Under 44

In a possible playoff preview, the Bengals need to prove they can play with the best teams in the AFC. Unfortunately for them, San Diego does not lose in December. The Chargers and the OVER.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Seattle Seahawks (-7)
Over/Under 39.5

Seattle’s 11th ranked rushing defense should be able to shut down Tampa’s running game and force rookie QB Josh Freeman to beat them with his arm, which he won’t. The Seahawks and the UNDER.

Minnesota Vikings (-7) at Carolina Panthers
Over/Under 43

Carolina’s only hope to win this game is to be able to run the ball and control the clock, but it will not be easy going against the 4th ranked rushing defense in the league. The Vikings and the UNDER.

Monday, Dec. 21

New York Giants (-2.5) at Washington Redskins
Over/Under 43

Washington has played every team in the NFC East tough and this game will be no different. New York cannot afford another loss and should find a way to squeeze this one out. The Giants and the UNDER.

With three weeks to go, only three teams have clinched a spot in the playoffs. Look for teams like Arizona, San Diego, and Philadelphia to grab a spot with a win this week.
