Dallas vs Philadelphia NFL Football Spread/Handicapping
These are the top two teams in a beleaguered NFC East. They both enter Sunday with a 3-3 record so this is a huge game that will influence the division race from here on out. Both of these teams have proven to be very good on offense so we should be treated a fun back and forth affair.

Odds are whichever one discovers how to stop the other on defense (even if it is only once) will win the day. Both of these teams have been in some shootouts so whoever has the ball last will probably win it.
Dallas
You never know what you are going to get from the Dallas Cowboys but you can’t hate on them too much because they are 5-1 ATS. This team played the lone remaining unbeaten teams Denver and Kansas City super close, losing by a combined 4 points but couldn’t handle a mediocre San Diego squad.
Generally speaking the one thing you can count on with Dallas is points being put on the scoreboard. Thanks to a proficient offense and a mediocre defense (generous) the average Cowboys game has had 55 points this season.
They are the second highest scoring team in the league and QB Tony Romo is having a fantastic season statistically, maybe his best ever, connecting often with WR Dez Bryant and TE Jason Witten.
He has a plethora of weapons and will need them all if Philadelphia can get their attack going. It should be a fun one to watch. [soliloquy id=”82219″]
Philadelphia
Chip Kelly’s Eagles may not have taken the league by storm but after back to back wins they are right in the thick of it in the NFC East. Game by game there have been a few struggles but generally the offensive principles he has installed have worked well.
The Eagles are first in the league running the ball thanks to the brilliance of RB Shady McCoy and are 9th in passing despite being forced to use two quarterbacks thus far thanks to an injury to starter Michael Vick. With Vick out Nick Foles has been fantastic, especially last week against Tampa Bay.
He is certainly not the running threat Vick is but he is very accurate throwing the ball which gives the offense a different dynamic.
Like Dallas the Eagles have been struggling defensively, last in yards allowed and 3rd last in points. That is the area they are going to have to tighten up if Kelly wants to prove his system works.
Against Dallas that is going to be pretty to do tough as they can really light up a scoreboard.
Its possible this is the game of the day, at least in terms of entertainment.
