Early NFL Odds For Week 14

If NFL betting trends are going to continue this week bettors need to pay close attention to the NFL betting odds. We preview the early Week 14 nfl lines…

NFL Week 14 Early Lines Look

Last week the favorites had more bad outings around the National Football League, as they once again fell behind the underdogs against the spread. With another group of big spreads on the NFL betting schedule in Week 14 the underdogs have another chance to chew up the favorites.

When the NFL odds for Week 14 first hit the board three teams had double-digit spreads. First on the board was Cincinnati at Indianapolis. The Colts have won their last five games, but even though they did not win any of those games by more than six points they’re a 13.5-point favorite against Cincinnati. The Bengals were crushed by Baltimore 34-3 last week, and if the Colts get their offense going on Sunday Cincinnati could be on the wrong end of another rout this weekend.

Also receiving double-digits odds for Week 14 is Cleveland at Tennessee. The Titans bounced back from their first loss of the season by crushing Detroit 47-10 on Thanksgiving and they’re expected to do the same to the Browns as a 13.5-point favorite on the NFL sports betting odds. The Browns only scored six points against the Colts last week and their offense might not be able to even do that this week after Derek Anderson joined Brady Quinn on the injured list. With both Anderson and Quinn out Cleveland will likely have to turn to third-string QB Ken Dorsey. Suddenly, covering 13.5 points looks like a breeze for Tennessee.

Finishing off the double-digit spreads on the Week 14 BetUS Sportsbook NFL odds is St. Louis at Arizona. The Rams have lost their last six games, but hung in against Miami last week in a 16-12 defeat. The Cardinals have dropped their last two games after a 48-20 loss to Philadelphia on Thanksgiving. Arizona beat up on St. Louis 34-13 in Week 9, and another one-sided affair appears to be in order with the Cardinals’ high-scoring offense facing a Rams defense which ranks second last in the league.
