The loss last week by Detroit makes this a nice value situation for the Lions. Bridgewater may be back but I still don’t like Minnesota.

New England vs. Buffalo

Sunday October 12
1:00PM
Rich Stadium – Buffalo, NY
Pick

New England

  • Over is 5-1 in Patriots last 6 games after accumulating more than 250 yards passing in their previous game.
  • Patriots are 2-9 ATS in their last 11 games after accumulating more than 250 yards passing in their previous game.
  • Patriots are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.

Buffalo

This will be a true indicator of how things really are for New England. Will they let Buffalo has this one? Are the Bills good enough to take it.

Pittsburgh vs. Cleveland

Sunday October 12
1:00PM
FirstEnergy Stadium – Cleveland, OH
Cleveland -2.5

Pittsburgh

  • Under is 6-0 in Steelers last 6 games in October.
  • Over is 7-1 in Steelers last 8 games after accumulating more than 350 total yards in their previous game.

  • Over is 5-0 in Browns last 5 games following a S.U. win.

Head to Head

  • Under is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings.
  • Underdog is 5-2 ATS in their last 7 meetings.

Believe it or not these franchises might be heading in different direction…which would be good for Cleveland. Still I am having a hard time believing in the Browns as a favourite.

Dallas vs. Seattle

Sunday October 12
4:25PM
CenturyLink Field – Seattle, WA
Seattle -8.5

Dallas

  • Under is 4-0 in Cowboys last 4 games following a ATS loss.
  • Under is 4-0 in Cowboys last 4 games after accumulating more than 250 yards passing in their previous game.
  • Over is 4-0 in Cowboys last 4 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.

Head to Head

  • Under is 5-1 in the last 6 meetings.
  • Under is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings in Seattle.
  • Underdog is 6-2 ATS in their last 8 meetings.

Betting against the champs at home is never a good idea. That spread my look enticing but I am not going to bet against the Seahawks with still question mark Dallas.

New York Giants vs. Philadelphia

Sunday October 12
8:30PM
Lincoln Financial Field – Philadelphia, PA
Philadelphia -2.5

New York

  • Over is 5-1 in Giants last 6 games in Week 6.
  • Under is 9-2 in Giants last 11 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.
  • Giants are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games on grass.

Philadelphia

  • Eagles are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games after accumulating more than 350 total yards in their previous game.

  • Under is 4-0 in the last 4 meetings in Philadelphia.
  • Road team is 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 meetings.
  • Underdog is 14-4-1 ATS in their last 19 meetings.

It is hard not to like this short home favourite. I want to believe in the Giants but I am not quite there yet.

San Francisco vs. St. Louis

Monday October 13
8:30PM
Edward Jones Dome – St. Louis, MO
San Francisco -3.5

San Francisco

  • Under is 5-0 in 49ers last 5 road games.

  • Rams are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games after allowing more than 350 total yards in their previous game.
  • Rams are 7-1-1 ATS in their last 9 home games vs. a team with a winning road record.

Head to Head

Home team is 5-2 ATS in their last 7 meetings.

San Francisco is starting to look like the team we thought they would be. They have a slew of injured players and you have to wonder if it will catch up to them. But the half point now or wait.
