Huge game this week for both teams but a little less so for Green Bay which is a game up in the standings and has already beaten the Bears once this season. More and more Green Bay is looking like a dangerous team though they need to get more healthy to put a scare in the other contenders.
Amazingly they have won 7 of their last 8 games…QB Aaron Rodgers has been the steadying force for this team.
He has been fantastic, especially when you factor in that his top two receivers have been out for chunks of time this season and they have no real running game to speak of.

The Cedric Benson experiment hasn’t panned out and the rest of their running options are uninspiring…They have been better lately but backing the Pack has not been a winning situation with Green Bay just 7-6 ATS this season.
The expectations of this team are very high and this is just the third time all season long they are installed as the underdog.
They are 1-1 ATS and SU in those contests.
Chicago
It seems like every year it is the same story with Chicago. Get off to a hot start then hope like hell that nobody catches you. [soliloquy id=”82219″]
With only three games left they are in very good shape especially if they win this one because they finish with two downtrodden opponents in Arizona and Detroit, although both are on the road…
To get back to winning they need to get their offense going.
QB Jay Cutler is mostly healthy this week and we all know the offense struggles without him – they struggle with him too.
The passing game is Brandon Marshall, who astonishingly has more than 5 times the yardage of any other receiver.
Lock him up and you know you are going to have success against this team that still have a very good, albeit aging defense…The Bears have lost 4 of their last 5 straight up and against the number.
They may make it to the playoffs and they may even win this game but I don’t see how you can confidently bet them as the favourite against Green Bay on Sunday.
