Our experts weigh in with this week’s best NFL week 2 parlays for gambling on all the action in the second week of the 2009 NFL season…

NFL Betting – Week 2 Parlay

LOOKING FOR THE BEST NFL CAPPERS ON THE PLANET FOR YOUR WEEK 2 GAMBLING PICKS??? —>

Is the UFC 103 fight card not your thing? That’s OK – Dana White did go a bit overboard with events this week. Instead, you can focus your betting attention on a Week 2 parlay. This time, Brandon Stokley will not wreck us with a tip-catch. Promise.

PACKERS (-9) over BENGALS

Let’s kick off the NFL betting parlay with our slam dunk. A nine-point spread seems big; the Pats and Chargers probably have everyone scared of big spreads right now. But a closer look at the matchup shows that the Pack are good to cover. Their young, athletic defense was everywhere last week, picking off Jay Cutler four times. Against a shaky Cincinnati line that really needs Andre Smith, the Pack front seven may have a field day. Green Bay’s offense wasn’t a total juggernaut last week thanks to horrible O-line play, but that was against the Bears. Aaron Rodgers and company will have an easier time against the Bengals “D” and win in a rout.

FALCONS (-6) over PANTHERS

Am I missing something here?

NFL Picks: Parlay Of The Week

Seems to me a six-point spread is very generous after seeing what Jake Delhomme did last week. He singlehandedly sunk his team for the second straight meaningful game (dating back to last year’s playoffs), as his five turnovers kept his defense on the field all day and exhausted them against the Eagles. No wonder Philly scored 38 points. Chances are, Delhomme will cough up the rock again on Sunday, giving Matt Ryan and the potent Atlanta attack lots of time to play. Since the Falcons don’t have to respect Delhomme, they can also stack the box against DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart the same way Philadelphia did. It’s smart betting management to pounce on this game.

RAVENS (+3) over CHARGERS

When you make your NFL picks this week, don’t put too much stock into Kansas City “penetrating” Baltimore’s defense last Sunday. 10 of the Chiefs’ 24 points came on a punt block touchdown and a field goal. Baltimore actually held K.C. to 188 yards of offense. The Chargers are a much bigger challenge but didn’t look spectacular against the Raiders, so the Ravens will pressure Phillip Rivers. Also, Joe Flacco and the Raven passing game have never looked better; they won’t light up the scoreboard every week but could make noise against a beatable San Diego secondary.
