Georgia Bulldogs vs. Auburn Tigers Free Gambling Prediction & Week 11 Preview

Bulldogs vs Tigers NCAA Football Spread/Handicapping

Just don’t blow it Georgia Bulldogs. This is the last hurdle between a return trip to the SEC title game. Georgia got off to a slow start against Mississippi last week so they will want to roar out of the gate this week and not let the Tigers into the game.

Georgia

It should be an easy spot but Georgia tends to not like making things easy.  Georgia has had good success against the Tigers winning two of the last three at Auburn.

This seems like the perfect spot for QB Aaron Murray to exert some experience and leadership.  He is enjoying a fine season, especially now that the Dawgs have balance from a running game featuring two freshmen backs.

Todd Gurley is the super stud but Richard Marshall is also averaging more than 6 yards per carry.  Auburn has been exposed this season and more evidence in on its way.

Georgia is still one of the dark horses for the title game.  If they can win out in impressive enough fashion and then beat Alabama then who knows.  15.5 points chalk on the road is rare in the SEC  but so is how bad Auburn is.  If the Bulldogs defense plays to potential than an easy victory and cover should be the order of the day.

Auburn

The Tigers are one of two teams that has not won an SEC game this season.  With the two best teams left on their schedule it seems unlikely they will do so this year which I have to guess hasn’t happened in a long time, if ever.  One thing they have going for them into this week is that they gathered their second win of the season last week against New Mexico State.  Not a great victory but when you have only two all season long you take what you can get. Last week the ground game got loose with two rushers passing 100 yards on the ground.

Also, the passing game is showing some progress with the switch to freshman Jonathan Wallace.  Unlike his predecessors he is able to complete more than 50% of his passes while not feeling obliged to give the ball to the Tigers opponents.

Georgia will be a much stiffer test of Wallace and the ground game.

I don’t foresee Auburn having much success against Georgia this week.  The Dawgs defense is really good and you can bet linebacker Jarvis Jones and Co. will be slobbering about getting after the Tigers inexperienced QB.

It won’t be a total embarrassment but an upset will be far from people’s minds by the end of the first quarter.

Spread Pick: Georgia -15.5
