In the Big Ten, Ohio State and Penn State meet in a game with definite BCS implications.

Penn State already has lost to Iowa, the Buckeyes can win the Big Ten by defeating the Nittany Lions and Hawkeyes in back-to-back weeks.

Clemson and Florida State meet in the ACC Atlantic, with Clemson hoping to stay atop the division. The Seminoles are trying to stay alive in the division race.

Nebraska plays host to Oklahoma, and the Huskers are trying to keep pace in the Big 12 North.

Here’s a look at the top games in week 10 of college football.

College Football Week 10 Expert Picks:

Navy at (22) Notre Dame at 2:30 PM ET, Notre Dame Stadium

Navy Midshipmen +11
Notre Dame Fighting Irish -11

Jimmy Clausen is playing a like a NFL prospect right now, finding receivers all over the field and managing the game in difficult situations. The Irish won’t have too much trouble handling Navy.

My pick: Notre Dame won’t cover the spread.

(8) Oregon at Stanford at 3:30 PM ET, Stanford Stadium

Oregon Ducks -6
Stanford Cardinal +6

Considering the way the Ducks are playing right now it’s hard to bet against them. Masoli and company will roll over the Cardinal team.

My pick: The Ducks will cover the spread.

(9) LSU at (3) Alabama 3:30 PM ET, Bryant-Denny Stadium

LSU Tigers +7
Alabama Crimson Tide -7

The BetUS.com Game of the Week features two of the best defensive units in the nation however the winner of this game will depend who can move the ball down the field. McElroy will be looking to find his best targets Jones and Peek.

My pick: Alabama won’t cover the spread.

Wake Forest at (10) Georgia Tech at 3:30 PM ET, Bobby Dodd Stadium

Wake Forest Demon Deacons +16
Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets -16

The Yellow Jackets have won 17 of 18 at home against unranked opponents and are playing inspired football these past few weeks

My pick: the Yellow Jackets will cover the spread.

(16) Ohio State at (11) Penn State at 3:30 PM ET, Beaver Stadium

Ohio State Buckeyes +4
Penn State Nittany Lions -4

Terrelle Pryor isn’t playing to his ability, especially in big games like this one. On the other hand the Lions have stepped it up since their only loss of the season against Iowa.

My pick: Lions will cover the spread.

Oregon State at (20) California at 7:00 PM ET, Memorial Stadium

Oregon State Beavers +7
California Golden Bears-7

Jahvid Best is up to face a good Oregon State defense against the run; don’t expect much from Best this week. However Cal has enough good players to beat the Beavers at home.

My pick: Golden Bears won’t cover the spread.

Vanderbilt at (1) Florida at 7:15 PM ET, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium

Vanderbilt Commodores +35
Florida Gators -35
Tim Tebow looked comfortable last week throwing for two TDs and running for another two against Georgia however Vanderbilt is team that knows how to keep it close.

My pick: Gators won’t cover the spread.

Connecticut at (5) Cincinnati at 8:00 PM ET, Nippert Stadium

Connecticut Huskies +16
Cincinnati Bearcats -16

The Bearcats have one if not the most explosive offense in the nation even without their starting QB Tony Pike but the Huskies don’t allow opponents to put up points. Expect the Bearcats to win the game but not to cover the spread.

My pick: Bearcats won’t cover the spread.

(24) Oklahoma at Nebraska at 8:00 PM ET, Memorial Stadium

Oklahoma Sooners -6
Nebraska Cornhuskers +6

Landry Jones knows now that this is his team, well at least for this year. Every time Jones and that offense had time to prepare for the upcoming week; they usually have a good performance. Nebraska QB Zac Lee on the other hand is not worth to trust, he has been awful the past few weeks.

My pick: Sooners will cover the spread.
