St. Mary’s
Both teams won on their own home court during last year’s conference season but it is not totally foreign for the road team to have the upper hand in this series.
This year the Gaels are lighter on talent comparatively though.
The Gaels have one of the most productive players that nobody talks about in guard Matthew Dellavedova. He is pretty much always on the floor and keeps the team steady and in their offense. He is a scorer too at 17ppg.

He is going to have to have a strong game for the Gaels to win. Up front is where St. Mary’s is weakest.
They have some size and bulk but don’t get a ton of production.
St. Mary’s has won 4 in a row including their conference opener against Loyola Marymount. At the same time they have lost their last three ATS. Their non-conference was weak and they shown nothing to make you believe they can really hang with Gonzaga this year.
On the road a blowout is a real possibility.
Gonzaga
By now everyone knows about the Gonzaga Bulldogs program but this might be their best team yet. Their lone blemish was a home loss to Illinois and get this they grabbed 4 wins against the Big 12 in the nonconference.
None were against Kansas but Oklahoma State and K-State have been ranked this season and I think Baylor is pretty good too.
They have won 6 in a row heading into this one. [ad-6571516]
Is it possible that the Zags have the best lineup in America? Their sophomore guards Kevin Pangos and Gary Bell are terrific and the emergence of Kelly Olynyk up front give them a fantastic duo with still there power forward Elias Harris. Love their depth too as reserve big Sam Dower could probably score 15-20ppg as a featured player anywhere else.
This is such a good shooting team they are going to be hard to beat.
Gonzaga has been a favourite in every game but one and has amassed a solid 8-5-1 ATS record.
In a lot of them they have been heavy favourite but have had trouble in the medium range. They are 0-3 ATS when favoured between 11 and 13 points which is what this game is at right now.
You can pass but I wouldn’t bet against Gonzaga right now.
