Records:
Florida State: 15-4 SU, 4-10 ATS
Duke: 16-3 SU, 12-6 ATS

The No.8 Duke Blue Devils will host the Florida State Seminoles on Wednesday night in an ACC battle at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, North Carolina.

The Blue Devils handed FSU a 79-69 loss in the Atlantic Coast Conference championship game, the last time these two teams met on Mar 15, 2009 on their way to winning their eighth ACC crown in 11 years.

The Seminoles are coming off a narrow 68-66 win in game that featured 20 lead changes against No. 19 Georgia Tech on Sunday. Seven-foot-one sophomore center Solomon Alabi hit one of two free throws to give his team a point edge with 22 seconds left. Alabi finished with 14 points and was perfect in six trips to the foul line in the win. Chris Singleton had a career-high 23 points go along with seven rebounds and two steals, while Deividas Dulkys added 11. Defense has been key to FSUs success and Chris Singleton and Solomon Alabi have contributed as shot-blocking tandem in the ACC with blocked 81 shots. The Seminoles losses have all been against quality teams, except the loss to N.C. State and are in great shape to make this years NCAA Tournament field.

It was all smiles in the Duke camp this week as Nolan Smith scored 22 points to lift his Devils to a 60-47 victory over the No. 17 Clemson Tigers on Saturday night. Duke held their opponent to their lowest point total at home in seven years. It was a complete reversal from last years meeting when the Blue Devils suffered their most lopsided loss in almost 20 years, 74-47. Duke has benefited from solid backcourt play from leading scorer senior guard Jon Scheyer (18.6 ppg) and junior guard Nolan Smith.

FSU has played well at home but will need to win the tough road games like the one against Duke this week. Both teams boast solid defenses with the Blue Devils averaging 82 points per game offensively, while the Seminoles are averaging 72.
