#1 Kentucky Wildcats vs. Missouri Tigers Preview

On the season Kentucky is 11-8 ATS and they have an O/U record of 4-15 and Missouri is 7-10-2 ATS and they have an Under record of 6-10.

This season Missouri is 6-4 at home and Kentucky is 4-0 on the road.

In their last games Kentucky beat South Carolina 58-43 and Missouri lost to Arkansas 61-60.

Kentucky is the top-ranked team in the nation and undefeated and while they are giving 18.5 points to Missouri in this road game they beat them at hone by 49 points at home a couple of weeks ago.

Kentucky’s roster is littered with future NBA players and since they are so stacked they play a platoon system and no player is averaging over 26 minutes per game. Aaron Harrison and Devin Booker are the onbly UK players averaging in double figures and 8 players are averaging at least 20 minutes per game.

To say the wheels have fallen off for Missouri is an understatement, as they have lost 5 straight and are only 1-5 in SEC play. They face a strong Kentucky defense and the Tigers only rank 279th in points per game.

The Tigers are 0-3 this season facing top 25 teams.

In their blowout loss to Kentucky a couple of weeks ago the Tigers only shot 27.1% from the floor and they were outscored 44-18 in the first half.

Mizzou only has 2 players averaging in double figures in Johnathan Williams III and Montaque Gill-Caesar, who did not play in the first match up with Kentucky. These 2 will have to play well for the Tigers to have any chance at the upset, but it is key that Mizzou slow the tempo and not allow the Wildcats to get a big early lead.

The Tigers were dominated on the glass in the earlier match up with Kentucky and keeping the taller and more athletic Wildcats from dominating the glass will be a major priority in this game.

Kentucky has won 19 straight games facing unranked opponents.

Even giving 18.5 points I have to go with Kentucky in this game, as they will not win by 49 points again, but they will get the blowout and win and cover.
