If the Zags are going to lose again this year this might be it.
Gonzaga
Other than an overtime loss to Arizona, on the road, the Zags have taken care of business this season.

This team is loaded with talent but they might not face another serious test the rest of the way.
They did schedule Memphis but the Tigers are just not very good this season so expect Gonzaga to wrack up a lot of victories and slowly but surely climb up the rankings as other teams fall within their conferences.
This likely their toughest WCC game of the season.
I am not saying this is the best team in the country but they really do have it all, size, experience, shooting, you name it.

Transfer Kyle Wiltjer has been the top scorer thus far and freshman Domantas Sabonis has been amazing.
How many teams can have an all senior starting backcourt and have their top three scorers all be players that never scored a basket for the team the year before.
That is the kind of depth they have.
BYU
The Cougars have been a bit sluggish so far this season.
Their losses are not terrible as they have been to teams from the power conferences and San Diego State (a couple in overtime) but they don’t really have a win they can hang their hat on, yet.
They will get two shots at Gonzaga including this one and they will probably need it because from here on out it is just WCC action and the rest of the league is just not at a level to guarantee a second team getting an invite to the dance.
Thankfully the Cougars have Tyler Haws back in the lineup for this one.
He is coming off his lowest scoring game of the season and has been banged up but the Cougars have not played in nearly a week so he should be OK. BYU is really strong on the perimeter with Haws, Kyle Collinsworth, Anson Winder and Chase Fisher.

The problem is I think they are going to get eaten up by the Zags bigs.

I don’t expect the Zags to fall from here on out. Playing at BYU can be challenging but this team is so good and so deep they should win rather easily.
