Online March Madness betting players are getting ready to check out Championship Week, but in the Ivy League, there is no tournament, only the winner of the regular-season title gets to go to the NCAA Tournament.

But Harvard and Princeton are tied at the top of the standings after splitting a pair of meetings this season, and they will have a one-game showdown on a neutral site at Yale on Saturday to decide who gets their ticket punched for the “Big Dance”.

Harvard Princeton Betting – Saturday, 4:00 PM ET

The Crimson (23-5, 12-2) dropped Princeton 79-67 in their regular-season finale at home, powered by a 24-point night by Kyle Casey. Oliver McNally added 15 points, while Keith Wright had 13 points and six swats for the Crimson, who shot a blistering 60% from the field and had a huge advantage at the foul line, going 27-of-30 while Princeton was 9-of-12.

Harvard has never been a part of a March Madness bracket before, and this will likely be their best chance as they come into this game with eight wins in their last night games.

The Tigers (24-6, 12-2) used a 16-point edge in the second half to take down Penn 70-58, powered by 23 points off the bench from Kareem Maddox, who also added five rebounds and five assists. Ian Hummer chipped in with 14 points for the Tigers, who shot 48.8% from the field while holding the Quakers to 40.8%, and they outrebounded Penn 32-22.

In the first half, the Tigers looked like a nervous team who were feeling the pressure of what was at stake. After the break, however, Princeton looked relaxed and played arguably their best half of the season on the road.

If you’re going to bet 5dimes review the two games these teams played this year, and you’ll see why the line for Saturday’s meeting won’t be large either way. Both teams won their games at home, and now this playoff is at a neutral site at Yale, where Princeton earned a victory while Harvard lost by one.

Harvard is 1-4 SU and 2-3 ATS in their last five meetings with the Tigers, who will want to avenge the thorough beating that the Crimson put on them last week, but they’ll have to do a better job on the duo of Casey and Wright, who dominated that game. Harvard’s big problem in the first game was turnovers, and if they can keep those to a minimum, the Crimson should be dancing for the first time in their history because we think they’re more balanced than the Tigers.

Trends:
Crimson are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record.
Tigers are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600.
Tigers are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record.
Under is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings.

Pick: Go with Harvard in your sports betting picks.
