They are still without Blake Griffin and may be without Matt Barnes for this one too as he tweaked his hamstring and is questionable. The depth doesn’t look like it is there but this team is showing some resiliency and in the end these injuries may have been the best thing for them…

Lately teams have been hacking him like crazy to expose his weakness but against the Bulls he had 26 rebounds.The second time in the last 10 games that he has had 20 or more rebounds in back to back games. All that hard work is setting an example that this teams needs to be grittier to win. They don’t have to be pretty.
Minnesota
Since getting a three game winning streak snapped the Wolves are just 2-5 but this team is getting better, you can see it in a lot of ways. They are not rolling over for anyone right now and they are actually kind of a fun bunch to watch. They are missing an important piece for this one and Nikola Pekovic is questionable. He is their entire low post presence offensively and also has an edge to his game that every team needs. This team is far from good but they are climbing.
It has been fun to watch the game of Andrew Wiggins develop. There is still a fair ways to go but more and more you can see that he is likely to show he deserved to be the top pick in the draft. Underrated in his advancement is the role of PG Ricky Rubio.

He is never going to be a dangerous scorer but he is savvy with the ball and always looking to get his teammates involved. He has had back to back double-doubles.
