The Chicago Bulls will try and extend their winning streak to four when they take on the Charlotte Bobcats this Wednesday night. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. and the game will be available on NBA League Pass.
Chicago remains in hot pursuit of Boston in the Eastern Conference with eight wins in its last 10 games including an 85-77 victory over New Orleans as a 10-point home favorite this past Monday. The Bulls are now 44-18 straight-up (37-23-2 against the spread) and just 2 ½ games behind the Celtics for the No.1 seed in the East.
League MVP-candidate Derrick Rose continues to garner support for this year’s award with an average 24.6 points and 8.1 assists a game. Joakim Noah and his 11.7 rebounds a game have been a welcomed addition after he missed over 30 games this season with a thumb injury. The Bulls are averaging 97.6 points a game and lead the league in points allowed; giving up an average of just 91.6. 
Charlotte comes into this game riding a five-game losing streak after dropping a 92-87 decision to the LA Clippers as a one-point home underdog this past Monday. The Bobcats are 26-37 SU but a respectable 31-30-2 ATS. This team still has aspirations of making the postseason as it is just 1 ½ games out of the eighth and final spot in the East.
Steven Jackson, the Bobcats leading scorer with 19 points a game, is expected back for this game after missing the last two with a sore hamstring. Charlotte is ranked second-to-last in the league in scoring with just 93.4 points a game, which is not a good combination against Chicago’s stifling defense.
The Bulls are just 1-2 both SU and ATS against the Bobcats this season, but rest assured they even things up with a win a dominating win on the road.
