NBA Breakdown Bucks at Wizards
The Milwaukee Bucks (18-21 SU, 24-13 ATS, 22-17 O/U) have been maddeningly inconsistent so far this season, alternating wins and losses in each of their last 10 games. The Washington Wizards (7-29 SU, 15-21 ATS, 14-20-2 O/U) have dropped four straight games, failing to cover the spread for BetUS NBA sports betting backers in three straight. Tonight, both teams will be looking to get back in the win column following losses the last time they took the floor.
The Bucks were defeated by the Timberwolves 106-104 on Saturday, but turned their point spread into a push as a 2-point road underdog in the BetUS Sportsbook.
Shooting guard Michael Redd scored a game-high 32 points for the Bucks while swingman Richard Jefferson added 29 points in a losing effort.
The Wizards blew an early lead and fell to the Charlotte Bobcats 92-89 on Saturday, failing to cover the spread as a 3.5-point home favorite last time out.
“We’ve got the weather through it,” Wizards forward Caron Butler told the team’s official Web site. “It’s bad weather right now. You’ve got to stay positive some how some way. You’ve just got to soul search and stay professional. … The crowd is still positive. They’re rooting us on and standing behind us, and that’s always positive. Our effort and energy need to continue to be great.”
Antawn Jamison came out of the game with a minute left in the first half Saturday after banging knees with another player, but he was back on the floor when the second half started and is expected to play Monday.

Analysis: While the Milwaukee Bucks have struggled to find any consistency so far this season, they are at least playing hard for head coach Scott Skiles on most nights which is more than I can say for the underachieving Wizards who can’t do a thing right despite having two all-star caliber forwards on the roster in Caron Butler and Antawn Jamison.
Simply put, take the often-scrappy Bucks to cover the spread.
