Saturday night’s race is set to start at 7:30 p.m. and it will be broadcast nationally on ESPN.

Kasey Kahne finally worked his way into this season’s 16-driver Chase to the Sprint Cup title with a victory last Sunday night at Atlanta. Matt Kenseth firmed-up his chances to make the Chase with a second-place finish and Denny Hamlin raced his way to third.

The following is a look at my top favorite, contender and longshot to win this Saturday night’s race based on odds provided by our Top Sportsbooks.

Federated Auto Parts 400 Favorite (odd of less than 10/1)

Bovada has a trio of top favorites to win this race listed at 13/2 odds that includes both Brad Keselowski and Jeff Gordon, but I am going with Kevin Harvick as my top pick in this group.

He secured a spot in the Chase awhile back with victories at Phoenix and Darlington and he currently has the No. 4 car sitting in seventh-place in the Sprint Cup standings with 748 total points.

The main reason I like Harvick’s chances in this race, despite back-to-back 11th-place finishes in his last two Sprint Cup races at this track, is a victory in this race in 2011 and a win in the first race at Richmond in 2013.

Federated Auto Parts 400 Contender (odds from 10/1 to 19/1)

Denny Hamlin was always one of my favorite Sprint Cup drivers over the years because of his overall consistency. That has not always been the case during the past two years for a number of reasons, but I still like his chances at 10/1 betting odds to win this race on Saturday night.

[dfads params=’groups=63791&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]

The No. 11 team is already in the Chase with an earlier victory at Talladega, but it will be looking to build some additional momentum at Richmond after last week’s strong run. Hamlin has claimed two Sprint Cup victories at this track over the course of his career including one in this race in 2011.

Federated Auto Parts 400 Longshot (odds 20/1 or greater)

The drivers with the most value in this category are the ones that can steal one of the final spots in the Chace with a win on Saturday night. If I had to pick the driver with the most value it would be Clint Bowyer at 20/1 odds.

Right now he is on the outside looking in 17th-place in the standings with 705 points. A solid run might get the No. 15 car in the upcoming 10-race playoff, but a win would guarantee it.

Bowyer does have three previous top-five finishes this season and he also has two Sprint Cup victories at this track with the last one coming in this race in 2012.
