Starting Pitchers:
Randy Wolf (4-6, 5.31) vs Joe Saunders (5-6, 4.35)
MLB odds: Brewers +135, Angels -155
He normally serves up more muffins than your mom at a bake sale but he’s someone managed to eliminate his gopher ball problem. Amazingly, Saunders has allowed just one homer in his last seven outings.
With no long balls damaging his ERA, Saunders has allowed just two earned runs in 15 innings over his last two starts. But will the Brewers’ big power catch up to the lefty? Saunders still stinks at home. He’s 1-5 with a 6.34 ERA at Angels Stadium.
Milwaukee’s Randy Wolf limps into this matchup after getting drilled in his last start. The Cubs jacked five homers off him. He’s in tough tonight considering that he’s also winless in his two career starts against the Angels. 
I have two pieces of advice. First – for the love of god, bet over the run total tonight.
Wolf has been terrible and faces plenty of right-handed power tonight.
Saunders has been good but not at home, so righties like Ryan Braun, Rickie Weeks and Corey Hart could feast on him.
Secondly, since I think both starters will get roughed up, I’d give the edge to the team with the deeper bullpen.
That means the Angels should take this one.
