Abreu has homered twice and has five RBIs in each of his last two games at Chavez Ravine, since returning from the disabled list, and enters the series finale with 17 homers and 47 RBIs for the White Sox (30-30), who are currently sitting in second place in the AL Central.

Meanwhile, Los Angeles’ (31-29) offense has limped along with its only bright spot coming from right fielder Yasiel Puig, who had two hits on Tuesday in a 4-1 loss to the White Sox.
Puig has been on fire, finishing the month of May, batting .398 with eight homers and 25 RBIs in 28 games.
Looking to contain him will be Chicago starter John Danks who has turned in two impressive outings since his loss to Houston on May 18.
The 29-year-old lefty is 8-7 with a 3.26 ERA in 23 career interleague starts, including 1-1 with a 2.08 ERA in two starts versus LA. He has struggled as of late and has issued 27 walks this season, but has spent some time in the strike zone as well.

The Dodgers will counter with veteran Josh Beckett, who allowed two runs in five innings of work on Friday against Pittsburgh. It was his first start since throwing a no-hitter at Philadelphia on May 25.
The 34-year-old is 4-3 with a 3.74 ERA in nine career starts against the White Sox and has held Chicago’s current line up to just a .197 batting average. Beckett, is 1-1 with a 2.31 ERA in six starts at Dodgers Stadium this season.

Neither team has been lighting up the scoreboard, with which makes me expect the Dodgers of getting the win here, and the under.
Danks has allowed only two runs over 15 innings, while Beckett followed up his no hitter with a 2-1 defeat to Pittsburgh. That kind of pitching spells a low scoring affair at a pitcher friendly ball park.
