And it should come as no surprise that the defending World Series champion New York Yankees are favored to repeat at +300 in World Series Odds at betED.com.
The Yankees have the best record in baseball at 51-31 SU and lead the AL East division by two games over the second-place Tampa Bay Rays, and are 2.5 games ahead of the third-place Boston Red Sox.
The Red Sox, who are 49-34 SU, are at +600, while the Rays are at +975.
The St. Louis Cardinals, who sit second in the NL Central at 45-37 SU, two games back of the leading Cincinnati Reds, are at +825, while the Reds are way back at +2500.
The Atlanta Braves, who lead the NL East with a 48-35 SU record, two games up on the second-place New York Mets, are at +975 to win the 2010 Fall Classic. The Texas Rangers, who are first-place in the AL West with a 48-34 SU record, are next at +1100, as are the Philadelphia Phillies, who are 43-38 SU so far this season.
The Yankees are at +185 to win the American League Pennant, followed by the Red Sox at +355 and the Rangers at +450.
The Cardinals are the favorites to win the National League title at +300. The Braves are at +375 and the Phillies are at +415.
