The current favorites for this race are as follows:

  1. Blind Luck– She earned her automatic bid with a win in the Grade 1 Oak Leaf Stakes at Santa Anita in early October. She has two other first place wins this season in the Starter Allowance at Del Mar and in the Maiden Claiming at Calder.
  2. Devil May Care– Holding off a late surge from Awesome Maria; she won the Grade 1 Frizette Stakes at Belmont to earn her bid. This followed up a win in August at the Maiden Special Weight at Saratoga.
  3. Negligee– Going off at 12-1, she scored an upset victory in the Grade 1 Darley Alcibiades Stakes at Keeneland to punch her ticket to the Breeders’ Cup. She also won earlier this year in the Maiden Claiming at Woodbine.
  4. Hot Dixie Chick– Currently leading the point standing with 14, this filly has won her last three outings including an impressive victory in the Spinaway Stakes at Saratoga. An extremely fast horse, she is definitely one to watch in this race.
  5. She Be Wild– She finished second in her last outing, the Alcibiades Stakes, but prior to that race she had won three in a row. This is another horse to watch for the Juvenile Fillies

Predicted order of finish for the Juvenile Fillies:

Win – Hot Dixie Chick
